This newly refurbished ground floor Llandudno holiday apartment has its own allocated parking space and enclosed, private rear garden. Internally it has two double bedrooms with deluxe memory foam mattresses, wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chests of drawers. The separate kitchen comprises high gloss units with oak effect worktops, electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, integrated dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer. The spacious lounge has a sofa and large armchair with coffee tables and a largescreen 50″ television with freeview. It also has a dvd player, a selection of dvd’s and board games for young and old. There is a patio door opening into the private garden with a patio, raised decking area with seating for up to 6 people. The shower room has a large 1200mm shower enclosure with modern fittings. In the entrance hallway, there is a dining table with four chairs.

Just got back from a thoroughly enjoyable weeks stay at Unit 1.Everything about the appartment(facilities,decor,location etc) is excellent.I will definitely be booking this appartment again.

The apartment has its own allocated parking space at the front of the property Children of all ages welcome, but sadly no pets. Please note the minimum stay is 2 nights, priced at £130. The apartment is strictly no smoking Outside: The apartment has its own private garden, accessed through a French door from the lounge. Enjoy breakfast on the patio or just relax on the decking, the garden is fully landscaped with a range of fully planted raised beds and borders. External patio furniture is provided for your convenience.
